Ulva algae

The Ulva algae, also known as sea lettuce, is an algae that grows on the shores of our country. It is full of protein and minerals. We, the students of Eco Yam, are learning about the algae and cultivating it in dedicated pools.
Algae have many environmental and health benefits. They do not require fresh water or land for cultivation, and they are packed with numerous health benefits and high in protein. That's why we had to learn how to grow them! We cultivate the algae and harvest them with lots of love at our growing farm, near the sea.
